We have reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at The Glenroyal Hotel, which is the venue for the Conference.

When you are booking you must quote Delegates Reservation No  172691. The rates are as follows:

€120 B&B per Family Room based on 2 adults & 2 children

Supplement for 3^rd Child €10 B&B per night

Saturday October 3^rd

€112 B&B per Double

€132 B&B per Family Room based on 2 adults & 2 children

€30 Single Supplement per night

€10 per night per child to cover B&B. Please note childrens evening meals are not included in this package

For guests to get the rates above they must call the hotel direct on 00353 1 6290909 or email : info@glenroyal.ie and quote a Booking reference number for the above rates to apply (the booking reference number will be issued when you confirm that you are happy with proceeding with the booking as outlined above, separating the allocations). 

Any guests that uses our own website or third party websites to book will not be entitled to the reduced rate.
